About NDIS

What is the NDIS?

The NDIS is Australia’s first National Scheme for people with disability. It provides funding directly to individuals.There are around 4.3 million Australians who have a disability. Within the next five years, the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) will provide more than $22 billion in funding a year to an estimated 500,000 Australians who have permanent and significant disability. For many people, it will be the first time they receive the disability support they need.

Hope care services offers assistance with travel and transport to NDIS participants so that they are able to travel with ease without the support of anyone.

ACCOMMODATION / TENANCY

Hope care services has a range of accommodation options available for NDIS participants.

ASSIST PERSONAL ACTIVITIES

Hope care services offering assistance with daily personal activities to NDIS participants across NSW as detailed in their NDIS plans.

ASSIST LIFE STAGE TRANSITION

At Hope care services, we have a team of dedicated support workers who can assist you with the transition phase.

Assistance In Toileting/ Showering

Daily or regular assistance with personal care such as showering and grooming or taking regular medication will ensure you look good and feel good.

Disability Accommodation

Specialist Disability Accommodation or SDA is a type of funding for approved accommodation for NDIS participants that require specialised housing options.

Large Outdoor Playground

We have a Large outdoor playground for everyone to use, this will be used for both recreational and educational purposes.

Home Modification

Hope care offers NDIS Home Modifications & designs and delivers accessible homes to NDIS clients.
